How to Cancel Your Order
Changed your mind? No problem. Here's everything you need to know about canceling your order.
Within 1 hour of placing your order, you can cancel it yourself in just a few clicks. After that, we're happy to take care of it for you.
Option 1 · Cancel it yourself (within 1 hour)
1. Log in to your account
Click the person icon at the top right of our website to sign in.
2. Open "My Orders"
In the menu on the left, click "My Orders."
3. Select your order
Click the order you'd like to cancel.
4. Click "Cancel items"
You'll see this button next to the order you selected.
5. Click "Review changes"
Check that the right item is listed, then continue.
6. Click "Send request"
That's it! We'll send a confirmation email to your account address.
Option 2 · Email us (after 1 hour)
Once an hour has passed, the self-cancel button is no longer available - but we can still help.
Just email us at support@lactomedi.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address on your account
We'll check the fulfillment status and process the cancellation for you. Please allow up to 2 business days.
If your order has already shipped
Cancellation isn't possible once your package is on its way. Please wait for it to arrive, then start a return instead.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Card refunds typically take 3-7 business days. ✅
