Subscription Help

Managing your subscription is quick and easy. This guide walks you through how to cancel your subscription, or how to skip or reschedule your next order if you'd prefer to hold off instead. You can get started in either of two ways — both lead to the same place.

Option 1 · From our website

1Log in to your account

Click the person icon at the top right of our website to sign in.

2Open “My Subscriptions”

In the menu on the left, click “My Subscriptions.”

3Click “Subscriptions”

On the right side of the page, click “Subscriptions.”

4Select your subscription

Under the “Active” tab, tap the subscription you'd like to manage.

5Choose what you'd like to do

Scroll down to the very bottom of the page to find the “Cancel subscription” button. If you're not ready to cancel, you can also “Skip” your next order or “Reschedule” it to a later date instead.

6Choose a reason, then click “Next”

Pick a reason if you'd like (it's optional), then click “Next.”

7Confirm your cancellation

On the final screen, click “Confirm cancellation.” That's it!

Option 2 · From your subscription email

Open your “Subscription confirmation” email and click the “Manage subscription” button. Then simply follow Steps 3–7 above.

Once you see the confirmation, your subscription is all set and won't renew again. ✅
