[Amazon’s Choice] Intimate Care Gel

This stuff is amazing. I use it as soon as I get a sense something feels off, and also regularly use one after my period and after swimming in chlorinated water just as a precaution. After dealing with repeated infections and my pH just being off for months (of course I consulted a doctor and made sure it wasn't something serious), this finally got me back feeling normal! I highly recommend! Use it at night, right as you get in bed, so it has time to "soak." I don't feel any burning or discomfort at all. If there's any remaining goo, it's usually easily taken care of when I first go to the bathroom in the morning. I've never had an issue with mess.

I never leave reviews, ever but for this I WILL. I have struggled the 4 months with discharge but after going to the docs multiple times, multiple tests with it all coming back negative for yeast, BV and STIs I was at my wits end. I will have to wait 6 months for a gyno appointment, had tried various gels, healthy vitamins for down there, soda baths - everything. You name it. I saw this on Amazon and thought why not try it - I am so glad I did. After just 2 uses I am back to normal. I haven’t felt like this in months and I’m so relieved. Thank you so much for creating an over the counter product that actually works. I’m going to try some of the other products on their website too for future but just glad I don’t have to worry about this anymore!

Where do I start?! This is a MUST BUY. I have been to the GYN a million times since my first YI in 2021. Reoccurring BV & YI. I had to change my diet to eliminate the symptoms and was constantly using boric acid, nystatin and metronidazole creams. Constantly being told it was normal as you age. I was only 22 at the time not knowing the constant use of boric acid wiped out off of the good bacteria while being gas lit by the doctor. An issue I’ve been struggling with for almost 5 years (PH thrown off) was resolved by the second day of using this product. Definitely about to stock up ! OH ALSO READ THE BOX; if you have reactions it is probably due to the product being in the sun or heated. Customize your delivery to prevent box from heating.

This company deserves credit for how this product is presented. Inside the branded box are several individually sealed, completely opaque, portable packets. Inside the packet is a SEALED disposable applicator. Remove the plastic tip to reveal a completely rounded, comfortable applicator. I cannot believe the number of times I’ve seen this kind of product offered with a squared-off tip, which is far from comfortable. Thank you, Lactomedi, for understanding the lady parts (especially the menopausal ones) and how we don’t want to scrape them.

Upon insertion, there is an instant-but-fleeting cooling sensation. The critical thing to remember is that this is a gel. Gel, especially when warm, will run. I recommend insertion and then getting in bed as quickly as possible. Even better, insertion while in bed. The first time I used this I thought I had time to muck about (I did not). As far as relief, I believe I noticed a bit of a difference after the first night, and after three days, decided I had gotten what I needed out of this product, leaving me 17 packets for either the next crisis or the next opportunity.

Bar soap betrayed me…Unsurprisingly… LSS: I forgot my usual intimate cleanser on vacation and had to use bar soap. Big mistake for someone who is PH sensitive ANND in perimenopause. Within 2–3 days, my microbiome / pH was deep sea fishing 🐟... I used one of these when I got home, and within 10-12 hours, everything was restored. Fish smell gone completely… Highly recommend for anyone whose pH has zero patience for microbiome destabilization.
